Terrence Dennis is OCHIN’s vice president of member services. A seasoned implementation and engagement leader, he has extensive experience guiding complex technology, operational and organizational change initiatives across healthcare, manufacturing, finance, government and military environments.
Terrence’s career has progressed from hands-on technical and audit roles to executive leadership positions, including vice president of I&T Business Partners, executive director, engagement manager, IT audit leader and technology professional. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for translating strategic goals into practical execution plans, aligning stakeholders around shared outcomes and leading teams through high-pressure, multisite and multiphase initiatives.
In healthcare, Terrence has directed and supported large-scale Epic electronic health record implementations, as well as specialty system integrations and conversions. He has led internal and external EHR conversion programs, developed detailed project roadmaps, coached project teams and partnered with operational leaders to manage disruption, optimize workflows and realize long-term organizational value.
His experience spans large health systems, independent multisite organizations, small rural hospitals and specialty clinics. He has worked closely with physicians, nursing leaders, finance teams, revenue cycle professionals, IT staff and executive sponsors.
With an MBA, and CPA credential, Terrence combines financial discipline with strong client partnership skills, bringing a balanced perspective that blends strategic planning, operational execution, financial stewardship, risk management and relationship leadership. Whether serving as an executive sponsor, program leader, mentor, coach or trusted advisor, he focuses on building durable partnerships, solving complex problems and delivering solutions that support measurable business and clinical outcomes.
