Marianella Napolitano is the vice president of quality at OCHIN, where she leads enterprise strategies focused on advancing member performance, quality outcomes, accountable care and practice transformation across the OCHIN network.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning provider, payer and community health settings, Marianella partners with healthcare organizations to improve clinical outcomes, advance community health and well-being and strengthen financial sustainability through value-based care and innovative delivery models. She is recognized for her ability to bridge clinical, operational, technological and financial perspectives to drive meaningful and measurable organizational performance improvement.
Drawing on her unique background as a registered nurse with a degree in management information systems and a Master of Business Administration, Marianella brings a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare transformation. She has led and scaled initiatives that use data analytics, interoperability, technology, and evidence-based practices to improve quality outcomes, advance population health and support organizational sustainability.
Prior to joining OCHIN, Marianella held executive leadership roles within federally qualified health centers, including chief of programs, where she led health center operations and provided strategic oversight for quality, population health, care transformation, dental, pharmacy, and community-based programs. She also served as director of population health at UnitedHealthcare, leading population health strategy for Ohio Medicaid. Her experience leading healthcare organizations from both the provider and payer perspectives enables her to align clinical, operational, financial and technology strategies to deliver meaningful results for the communities they serve.
