PORTLAND, Ore. (Oct. 8, 2026) — Nine community health organizations, including the first member in Vermont, went live on OCHIN Epic during the third quarter of 2026. These new members join OCHIN’s national network of more than 46,000 providers caring for more than 8.7 million people across 2,400 care delivery sites.
OCHIN Epic ambulatory go-lives last quarter:
- K’ima:w Medical Center — California
- PacificSource — Oregon
- Piedmont Health Services — North Carolina
- Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center — Hawaii
- Rocky Boy Health Center — Montana
- Squaxin Island Tribe Health Clinic — Washington
- Center for Inherited Blood Disorders — California
- Siskiyou Community Health Center — Oregon
- Community Health Centers — Vermont
This quarter also marked an annual program milestone for OCHIN’s Health Center Controlled Network, one of the largest in the country, with over 100 participating health centers serving more than 4 million patients in 16 states.
Now in its 14th year of operation with funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration, OCHIN’s HCCN continues to provide tailored solutions expertise to help stabilize and support health centers as they navigate evolving operational, financial and regulatory pressures. Across four network partnerships and six different electronic health record systems, last year OCHIN’s HCCN delivered over 300 hours of direct support to accelerate data utilization and interoperability, digital health optimization, and responsible AI adoption among participating health centers nationwide.
