As the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact led to a swelling in Medicaid ranks, and as more people are facing additional challenges across the country, OCHIN has added Findhelp as a social service locator and referral partner to help you more easily connect patients to needed services in your community, including food, housing, and job assistance agencies.
OCHIN is seeking pilot sites to adopt Findhelp as a third-party solution, and through a special partnership, the AARP Foundation will provide funding to help offset the cost to members.
