Manager, Account Management Team

As the Manager of the Account Management Team, Robin Howard is responsible for promoting member executive relationships, while providing strategic communications between OCHIN and its members, from a holistic, proactive approach. Robin has six years’ experience working at an OCHIN member organization prior to joining the OCHIN team, and has applied that experience and firsthand knowledge in her current role at OCHIN, where she has served on staff since 2015. Robin has a vast understanding of clinic operations, including but not limited to clinic administration, workflow gap analysis and design, training, and workforce development.
