As a national practice-based research network (PBRN), OCHIN is dedicated to improving the health of communities nationwide.

Our team of researchers works in partnership with patients, providers, and health systems to strengthen their engagement in research that will directly benefit rural and low-resourced communities. With more than two decades of experience, a team of scientists with wide-ranging expertise, and over 440 peer-reviewed publications, OCHIN is well-positioned to identify patterns and opportunities for innovation or improvement across a wide variety of diseases, conditions, clinical settings, and patient groups.
