OCHIN is excited to celebrate our 20th Anniversary in 2020. We will mark this milestone with various activities throughout the year, celebrating the work we’ve done—together with our members and partners—to improve access and care as we’ve grown into a national driving force for health equity. To recognize our collective accomplishments, we are developing a commemorative memory book and will have a special anniversary edition of OCHIN Connections. We will also host a member celebration during the Learning Forum in April.

As we look back and reflect on all we’ve accomplished and those who have supported us along the way, we recognize that collectively we’ve had the courage and commitment to transform care. The Collaborative has come a long way since our modest beginnings and accomplished a great deal. Thank you for being part of this journey.
