Four OCHIN member organizations received inaugural OCHIN Impact Awards for their extraordinary leadership and transformative impact on the health and well-being of their patients, providers, and communities.
In this video, the award recipients—TrueCare, Seattle Indian Health Board, Mosaic Community Health, and Roanoke Chowan Community Health Center—share their success stories and the impact they have achieved through partnership and innovation with OCHIN.
