Kevin Hart

Kevin Hart is senior vice president for strategic development and technology, Northern California, at Kaiser Permanente. In this role, he accelerates the adoption of emerging evidence-based technology and industry best practices, ensuring alignment with regional priorities, national functions, and shared services. Kevin’s team includes Regional Strategy and Business Development, Performance Strategy and Portfolio Management, Capital/Delivery Systems Strategy, Regional National Facilities Services/Regional Support Services, Information Technology, Clinical Technology, and Exceptional Consumer Experience Strategy Operations. The team collaborates with regional, national, and service area leaders to drive operational and clinical excellence across the Northern California region in support of Kaiser Permanente’s mission to provide high-quality, affordable care and coverage to members’ patients and the communities they serve.

Kevin was previously vice president and information officer for care delivery technology services, Northern California, which provides technology products and services to Kaiser Permanente’s Northern California region. Kevin was responsible for leading an organization of more than 700 employees, working with business partners to deliver local, regional, and national IT initiatives while also supporting the most innovative technology solutions in health care.

Kevin’s career as a strategic leader spans more than 25 years and includes leadership roles in multiple industries such as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), manufacturing, and high technology. During this time, he led cross-functional, virtual teams who designed, implemented, and managed technology services to provide competitive advantage for Fortune 500 companies and startups.
