As a motivated health care leader with a proven record of improving quality of care and patient and provider satisfaction while delivering a positive business impact, Erica is known for providing innovative solutions that propel organization performance and growth. A pioneering leader, Erica is known for develping and driving cutting-edge, multidisciplinary operating strategies. She leverages market and competitive analysis, process improvement methods, consultative acumen, digital health transformation, telehealth, and interoperability to drive care transformation.  

Erica is passionate about bringing focused attention to building relationships and motivating teams. Her extensive experience includes launching and operating a health care consulting company, developing and designing new care delivery models around surgery optimization, creating programs to close care gaps and support population health, leading strategy for an interoperability company, directing interoperability for a multi-state health system, advising health care IT companies, managing inpatient clinical systems for a multi-hospital system, and serving as product and team lead at Epic for six years.
