Cally Kamiya Johnson is the vice president of innovation and improvement at OCHIN. In this role, she leads OCHIN’s Data Insights, Innovation and Improvement, Workforce Development, Financial Wellness and Quality, Research, Clinical Informatics, and Clinical Programs teams. Additionally, she is the project director for OCHIN’s Health Resources and Services Administration-funded Health Center Controlled Network, the largest of its kind in the country.
Cally started her career at OCHIN as an intern on the Operational Excellence team in 2015. During her tenure, she has led and supported various rapid-cycle evaluation and improvement projects to enhance member and operational excellence. She holds a master’s degree in public health from Portland State University and a bachelor’s degree in family and human services from the University of Oregon.
