PORTLAND, Ore. (Jan. 27, 2026) — Twelve community health organizations in eight states — including the first member in Michigan — went live on OCHIN Epic during the final quarter of 2025, bringing the total number of organizations that implemented the premier electronic health record (EHR) platform for automation last year to 32. The newest OCHIN Epic member cohort includes five Indigenous and tribal health members, a critical access hospital and six community care organizations.
The new members join OCHIN’s expanding network of more than 43,000 providers caring for nearly 8 million people across over 2,200 care delivery sites. As Epic’s preferred referral partner for tribal health organizations and Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) organizations, OCHIN is committed to providing expert consultation and enterprise EHR solutions that enhance AI and automation, optimize resources, boost organizational performance, and build resiliency for communities with unique needs nationwide.
