The OCHIN Patient Engagement Panel is recruiting five new members to join in their mission to help guide research that improves health and health care for rural residents and people facing barriers to achieving optimal health outcomes. We asked several current PEP members to answer a few questions about their experiences.
Minidoka Memorial Hospital’s pioneering efforts helped them successfully adopt a new EHR platform. In June 2023, they went live with OCHIN Epic and became the first acute care member to join the OCHIN network, which has seamlessly supported federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and other ambulatory community clinics for more than 20 years.
