OCHIN is aware of TriZetto’s national data breach which has impacted many organizations, including our members who depend on TriZetto as a third-party claims clearinghouse vendor. While no OCHIN systems were compromised, about 9% of OCHIN network patients were impacted by TriZetto’s breach of nonclinical claims data.
Any breach of patient privacy is a matter we take very seriously. As a member-led network committed to the health and well-being of rural and lower-resourced communities, OCHIN has and will continue to take all measures to provide guidance to our members so they can help their patients understand and navigate this incident.
