PORTLAND, Ore., July 11, 2025 — Seven community health organizations in four states went live on OCHIN Epic during the second quarter of 2025. These organizations join OCHIN’s growing network of ambulatory and acute health care organizations, which now serves more than 7.7 million people in 41 states.
Founded in 2000 to connect a handful of community health centers in Oregon, OCHIN now provides integrated EHR tools and tailored solutions expertise to transform care delivery across more than 2,100 care delivery sites operated by more than 300 independent community health care organizations nationwide. These include rural hospitals and health clinics, community health centers, behavioral health providers, public health departments, and a growing number of Indigenous and tribal health clinics.
