OCHIN has been named one of The NonProfit Times’ 2026 Best Nonprofits to Work For, a national recognition based on employee experience feedback. This honor marks the fourth time OCHIN has received the designation and places the organization among 50 nonprofits in the U.S. recognized each year.
“We’re deeply appreciative of our employees and their commitment to supporting our members,” said Nicole Klassen Ellington, chief operating officer at OCHIN. “Their dedication and expertise drive meaningful impact and set us apart as a trusted knowledge solutions partner.”
OCHIN ranked No. 6 among large organizations with 250 or more employees and No. 43 overall in the 2026 rankings. Results from the Best Nonprofits survey closely align with feedback the organization regularly gathers through internal employee satisfaction surveys.
“Our aim is to continually enhance our employees’ workplace experience and empower their development. This input helps us learn and improve,” Klassen Ellington said.
OCHIN welcomes new talent to join our mission of empowering an expanding network of rural and community care organizations to advance health and well-being for everyone. If you’re looking to make an impact while growing your career, explore our job opportunities and apply on our website.
