OCHIN has been honored as one of the top nonprofits to work for in the U.S. by The NonProfit Times. The 2025 Best Nonprofits to Work For designation places OCHIN among 50 organizations recognized for championing a well-rounded work environment.
The publication’s rankings are based on an evaluation that includes an anonymous employee survey gauging workplace satisfaction and engagement, and considers overall company policies and practices. OCHIN ranked No. 8 among large organizations with 250 or more employees and No. 45 overall in the 2025 rankings. Survey feedback from OCHIN employees gave high marks to OCHIN’s virtual work environment, collaborative culture, and satisfaction in their individual roles.
“We’re grateful for our employees, and for the work they do every day to help our members strengthen their operations and financial sustainability, support the well-being of their providers and care teams, and enhance care for their patients and communities,” said LisaMarie May, chief of people and culture at OCHIN.
This year’s award is the third time OCHIN has received Best Nonprofits national recognition.
“Thanks to our employees, we’re proud to mark this milestone as we celebrate OCHIN’s 25th anniversary,” said May. “We’re excited to innovate with our teams to continue to make OCHIN a great place to work.”
OCHIN supports our continued national expansion and the increasing demand for our innovative tools and services by welcoming new talent. Interested in joining our team? Explore our career opportunities and apply on our website.
