PORTLAND, Ore. (Oct. 10, 2025) — A critical access hospital and five community health centers went live on OCHIN Epic during the third quarter of 2025. They join OCHIN’s expanding network, which recently earned top honors from Epic for the eighth consecutive year.
Celebrating 25 years of transforming health care through partnership and innovation, OCHIN currently provides highly interoperable EHR tools and knowledge solutions to over 41,000 providers serving more than 7.6 million patients across 2,100 rural and community health care delivery sites nationwide.
