As Senior Manager, Research Management and a Senior Research Associate, Perry Foley has 20 years of experience directing a variety of research projects within academic and health department settings. Perry received her Masters in Public Health and Masters in Social Work degrees from Columbia University in 2003. She has focused on research with vulnerable populations in primary care and community health center settings through projects in a range of disciplines - reproductive and sexual health epidemiology, behavioral interventions for obesity treatment, implementation of collaborative care for treatment of perinatal depression and, most recently, a policy evaluation of Oregon Medicaid reimbursement for pain treatment and opioid prescribing.
