Service List: Secretary / Executive Committee / Chair, Governance Committee Jean provides leadership solutions to health and human services organizations. She has over 35+ years of senior management experience including hospitals in Ohio and California, social services/child welfare/mental health organizations and 19 years as the CEO ofa rapidly growing FQHC. Jean has led growth strategies for revenue generation, improving access and quality of care. Jean has a keen focus on business strategy, leadership development and performance improvement. She also has led merger efforts and community collaborations with a focus on health equity. Jean has extensive board experience, including leadership roles for the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC), Better Health Partnership (a regional quality improvement network) and OCHIN. Jean has a BS in Nursing from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a MS in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School ofPublic Health. She completed the Weatherhead Professional Fellows Program at Case and Leadership Cleveland and is pursuing Executive Coaching Certification through the Hudson Institute.
