Seven community health organizations in four states went live on OCHIN Epic during the second quarter of 2025.

A team of researchers from OCHIN partnered with the Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research and the University of California, San Francisco, to study how electronic health record (EHR) tools might help providers in community-based clinics adapt care plans to address health drivers.
