Katie Dambrun is director of research management at OCHIN. She has a master’s degree in public health with a focus in environmental and occupational health from Loma Linda University and a professional background in public health research and practice in academic and health department settings. She has written research grant proposals and directed many health services research projects focusing on vulnerable populations throughout her career. Her research experience and interests include community-based participatory research, social drivers of health, health impacts of environmental exposures, and clinical interventions in primary care.
In her role as director of research management, she leads a team of research associates who manage OCHIN’s portfolio of research studies. She joined OCHIN in 2015 and focuses on building OCHIN’s research capacity through innovative approaches to managing complex studies in the community health center setting.
