Tom Shannon, CPA

Tom Shannon is vice president of finance at OCHIN. In this role, he leads the teams responsible for the organization’s financial functions and collaborates with other OCHIN leaders to shape the organization’s strategic vision. With 15 years of financial leadership experience, he specializes in driving efficiencies through constant incremental improvements.

Before joining OCHIN in 2024, Tom served as chief financial officer for another Health Center Controlled Network in the Cincinnati, Ohio, area, where he fostered a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making. He is a certified public accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Northern Kentucky University.

Tom is a member of Financial Executives International and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean certification from the Xavier University Leadership Center.
