This Friday & Saturday: Scheduled Downtime for Claims and Patient Eligibility Verification Services

TriZetto Provider Solutions (TPS), the online clearinghouse that handles OCHIN’s claims and patient eligibility verification, will undergo a scheduled downtime this Friday, July 12, starting at 6:00 p.m. PT, lasting until approximately 10:00 p.m. PT on July 13.

The scheduled downtime will allow TPS to migrate their system to a different technology in order to improve consistency and reliability related to their file transfer processing.

During the downtime, all TPS applications will be inactive, and no transactions will be accepted for processing. Claims, remits, eligibility, claim status responses, and the TriZetto portal should return to full functionality late Saturday evening.

Information and updates regarding the scheduled downtime for TPS can be found on the OCHIN System Status Website (https://monitor.ochin.info).
