Progressive Leaders Workshop: An OCHIN Learning Community at the Leading Edge
OCHIN is building a learning community of peers that convenes monthly for high-level discussion and deep-dives on topics that matter to them in their daily work. Participants range from C-suite executives to quality coordinators, to site specialists and clinicians.
Unique forum for high-level discussion and pragmatic advice
The common thread is a shared interest studying and learning from one other about the essential characteristics of sustainable, successful organizations, and pragmatic advice about implementing concepts on the ground. The discussion is geared toward supporting high performance in organizations, and all OCHIN members are welcome to attend regardless of where they fall on the performance spectrum.
Presentations by OCHIN members and national thought leaders
Members present on topics they have innovated, and are encouraged to bring questions to the forum for support and advice from peers facing similar challenges. The group also hosts national thought leaders to share the latest developments in the state of healthcare.
Curriculum of topics and resource library
OCHIN members drive the agenda. OCHIN staff Arielle Goranson, Cally Johnson, Jessie Robertson, and Erica Edwards, designed a curriculum to support exploration of these topics over the course of the year. The team maintains a growing resource library available exclusively to OCHIN members on the Progressive Leaders Workshop wiki page.
