Join us on Tuesday, July 16 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. PT for the Progressive Leaders Workshop, where we will hear from Alyssa Palmer, Director of Quality at Southside Community Health Services. Ms. Palmer will be sharing her organization’s approach to data-driven quality improvement and discuss how she has engaged teams across her organization in quality improvement.
Southside Community Health Services, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has been part of the OCHIN collaborative since 2015. In the last two years, we have watched Southside Community Health Services become a top clinical quality performer across the collaborative. Join July’s Progressive Leaders Workshop to learn how leadership at Southside Community Health Services has been fostering a culture of quality improvement through staff engagement, in order to become a top clinical quality performer. There will be dedicated time to share barriers and insights with your peers around data-driven quality improvement and staff engagement.
Progressive Leaders Workshop is a growing community of OCHIN member leaders and staff who connect, share, and learn from each other’s success and challenges to support organizational performance. In 2019, this group is focused on three broad topics: Leadership and Workforce Development, Data and Analytics, and Equity. OCHIN’s Progressive Leaders Workshop team is offering programming across these three areas, facilitating insight from across the OCHIN collaborative and the wider safety net community. Join the conversation and take this opportunity to learn from, and share with, your peers across the country.
