Monterey County Health Department Hosts Case Study Q&A About Integrating CareMessage with OCHIN Epic

OCHIN partners with a number of innovative technology partners to integrate best-in-class functionality and software into our Epic and NextGen Electronic Health Record platforms. One of these technology solutions is CareMessage, a company providing a text messaging program that provides patient outreach through text messaging, helping to streamline care management, and offering interactive programs to improve health outcomes.

On May 31, OCHIN Collaborative member Monterey County Health Department (MCHD) is hosting a Case Study Q&A session, exploring how they integrated CareMessage into their EHR system, how they approached challenges to tracking data that wasn’t interfacing in their EHR, and their experiences since implementing CareMessage a few years ago.
