Early User Acceptance Testing Now Available for OCHIN Epic Storyboard
OCHIN will be implementing Epic’s Storyboard feature with the November 19th Enhancement Pack. The Storyboard feature is a vertical bar in Epic which replaces the current header and appears on the left side of a patient’s chart. It provides quicker access to key details and common actions without switching screens. The Visit Navigator, currently on the left side of the patient’s chart, will be laid out horizontally across the top of the screen.
As of Monday, August 19th, OCHIN enabled early user acceptance testing for Storyboard layout in the Release (REL) environment for members to start reviewing the functionality. Storyboard will be a mandatory change with the November 2019 Enhancement Pack and will go live in Production (PRD) on Monday, November 18th.
OCHIN members are invited to turn on and review Storyboard functionality and provide any feedback you may have via JIRA RNAC-1193.
Please contact Matt Wheeler (wheelerm@Ochin.org), Senior Project Manager, with any questions that you may have.
